Service as It Should Be

Candles & Beyond reserves the right to modify and/or change any part of this Web Site including Terms, and Conditions, Disclaimers and Policies, mentioned herein at any time without notification effective immediately upon posting. We suggest that you review them frequently so that you remain up to date with our current policies as any changes made by Candles & Beyond shall constitute your acceptance and be a binding agreement regardless if reviewed by you. 

Shipping and Handling

All orders are processed within 1-3 days. However, high volume of orders may delay shipment a few extra days. Please anticipate ordering a few days earlier during the holidays in order to receive your order in a timely manner. If for some reason, we anticipate a delay of more than 3 days before shipping, we will contact you by email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email which will include tracking information and a confirmation of your order. 

Our candles are shipped via USPS. We do not ship internationally,

Defected/Damaged Goods

We will make every effort to ensure our candles are made with careful loving hands; however, if your order is defected or damaged, please notify us within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery by email at candlesandbeyond@outlook.com.  Please include the following information before emailing:

  • Two photos each of defected or damaged goods. Short video will also be useful but not necessary.  

  •  Proof of receipt.

  • An up-to-date contact number if we need to contact you by telephone.

  • A valid email.

We will send you a free shipping label by email for you to print. Enclose the defected or damaged items in the box that was received with its protected covers, and mail by USPS. Refunds, returns or exchanges will follow upon receipt of the goods.

Not satisfied:

If the candle is not to your satisfaction, please return the candle to us within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. All shipping cost is at the expense of the customer and will not be refunded. You will receive either a full refund minus the shipping cost or exchange within the same size of your choice plus shipping cost.
